How do I use Video Igniter to create animation videos?
Video Igniter will guide you step by step to help you turn your idea into a custom animation:
1). Contact Us
Send us a message or schedule a call with our team to discuss the animation videos you want to create.
We’ll work with you to develop a production timeline and budget to create your dream videos.
When we agree to the budget and scope of the project, you will receive a production agreement to sign and an invoice for the first 50% of your production budget.
2). Script
Now that production is underway, we’ll spend more time getting to learn what you want to show and communicate in your animation videos. Our writers will use this information to develop the first draft of the script(s) for your animation videos.
When the first drafts of the scripts are ready, you will receive a link to view digital copies of your scripts.
Add your comments directly to the script document and our writers will revise it accordingly. You will be notified when the 2nd draft of your script is ready to review / sign off.
3). Storyboard
Next, we turn your script into a storyboard. The storyboard acts like the blueprint for your animation videos. Each page contains a sentence from your script, a rough sketch of the scene and a set of instruction to explain to the illustrators and animators what they should create for that part of your script.

4). VoiceOver
You will receive a handful of voiceover auditions for your animation videos. Let us know which voice talent you like best and we’ll hire that person to record the full narration for your videos.
When the full narration is ready, you will receive a link to download the voiceover. Give it a listen and let us know if there are any parts you want the voiceover artist to rerecord.
5). Soundtrack
You will also receive several soundtrack selections for your animation videos. Give them a listen and let us know which one is your favorite. We’ll take care of licensing that soundtrack so we can legally use it in your videos.
6). Illustrations
After your storyboard is approved, Video Igniter’s art team will develop concept art for your animation videos. Let us know what you like and dislike about each concept and we’ll work with you to revise and polish your favorite visual concept until it’s perfect.
Then, we’ll create all of the art for your animation videos so they match the style of the concept art. You will receive a link to review all the art online. You can add your comments directly to each piece of art you want us to revise.
After all your comments are in, our illustrators will update your art and notify you when the 2nd draft of the illustrations are ready for you to review and sign off.
7). Animation
Now that everything is approved, we can make your animation videos! It takes about 1 week to animate each minute of video. If your project is more than 2-3 minutes long, we may add additional animators to the project to help speed up the creation of your videos.
When the first drafts are ready, you will receive a link to download your animation videos.
