1). Get A Quote

When you’re ready to move forward with production, you will receive a production agreement to sign and an invoice for the first 50% of your corporate video production budget.

2). Script

Now that production is underway, Video Igniter’s writers will meet with you virtually (or send questions via email) to learn the following types of information about your corporate videos:

Who is the target audience for your videos?
What do you want to communicate in your videos?
Is there any language to focus on or avoid?
What do you want viewers to do when they’re done watching your videos?

With this information in hand, our writers will develop the first draft of the script for your videos. You will receive a digital copy to review with your team. Add your comments directly to the script and send the feedback to us. Our writers will revise your script and share the 2nd draft with you to review and approve.

3). Storyboard

The next step of the corporate video production process is to turn the script into a storyboard. The storyboard functions like a blueprint for your videos. Each page of the storyboard contains a sentence from your video’s script, along with a rough sketch of the scene and a list of instructions that explain how objects will animate in each scene.

You will receive a digital copy of the storyboard to share and review with your team. Add your comments to the digital storyboard and let us know once everyone has added their feedback. We’ll integrate your revisions and share the 2nd draft of the storyboard for you to review and sign off.

4). VoiceOver

After the storyboard is approved, the next step of the corporate video production process is to record the voiceover narration. You will receive a selection of voiceover auditions to listen to. Let us know which one is your favorite and we’ll hire that person to record the full voiceover narration. You will get an opportunity to listen to the full recording and request edits, if needed.

5). Soundtrack

You will also receive a selection of soundtrack options for your video. Give them a listen and let us know which option best fits your company’s corporate personality. We’ll take care of acquiring the appropriate license(s) so we can legally use the music in your video.

6). Illustrations

One of the biggest steps in the corporate video production process is creating the illustrations for your video(s). At first, our art director will work with you to develop custom concept art. The art director will review your style references and brand guidelines and then develop multiple visual concepts.

After you review the concept art, share your honest feedback with the art director. Let them know what you like and dislike about each concept. The art director will continue to collaborate with you to polish your favorite visual concept until it’s perfect.

Then, the art director will oversee a team of illustrators while they create all of the illustrations for your video. You will get an opportunity to review all of the art and to request edits before we animate your corporate videos.

7). Animation

Now that everything is approved, it’s time to make your animated corporate video! It takes about 1 week to animate a 1 minute video. If your video is longer than a few minutes, we may add additional animators to the project to expedite production.

When the first draft is ready, you will receive a link to download a copy of your corporate video(s). Share the video(s) with your team and members of your target audience. Collect everyone’s feedback and send it our way. We’ll integrate your revisions and render out the final draft of your animation.

Once the final invoice is paid, we’ll wrap up the corporate video production process by sharing an unwatermarked copy of your animation.
