Now that production is underway, send us your animated video script if you haven’t already. We’ll review it and provide feedback for you to consider before we start turning your script into an animation.

If you have ideas for the visuals, we recommend sharing your ideas along with the script. If not, no worries, we’ll take care of that during the next stage of production.

You can provide a version of your script with visual notes to explain what you want to show in the animation.

When you’re 100% happy with the script, let us know it’s locked in and we’ll start creating your animation.

3). Storyboard

script to animation storyboard

The next step in a script to animation production workflow is to create a storyboard. The storyboard acts like a visual blueprint for our animation team. It tells our producers what kind of animation to create for every part of your script.

Give the storyboard a thorough review to ensure it includes all the information our team will need to accurately create every scene in your animation. If needed, we can include photo and video references to show our designers what something is supposed to look like.

4). Illustrations

Let the art director know which concept is your favorite. You can also collaborate with our art director to revise and refine the visual details until everything looks perfect.

Then, our team will create all of the custom illustrations needed for your animation! You get an opportunity to review all the art and request edits before approving it for production.

5). VoiceOver

You will receive several voiceover auditions for your animation. Give them a listen and let us know which is your favorite. We’ll share your script with the artist you selected and hire them to record the voiceover for your animation. You get an opportunity to listen to the full recording and request edits before approving the audio for production.

6). Soundtrack

We’ll take care of acquire the proper license so that we have the rights to legally use the music when we turn your script into an animation.

7). Animation

As soon as it’s ready, you will receive a link to download your animation. Give it a review with your team (and ideally, members of your target audience). Collect everyone’s feedback and share it with us. We’ll integrate your feedback and render out the final draft of your animation.
