What is the white label animated video production process like?
Kick Off Call / Questionnaire
To begin the production process, our team will set up a kick off call and send you a questionnaire to learn about the video content we are creating for your client. The call will be used to help us fill in any gaps in our understanding of the project and your client’s needs. From there, we’ll begin work on the video script.
Script
We will send you the first draft of the script to review with your client. Collect their feedback and send it to us to revise. We’ll update the script and send it back to you to review and approve with your client.
Storyboard
Next, we’ll develop a storyboard for the video. The storyboard is the blueprint for the whole video. It’s made up of written and visual instructions for the illustrators and animators. We will send you the storyboard to review with your client so that they can request revisions before we proceed with production.
Art
After the storyboard is approved, our art director will develop custom concept art for your client’s video.
Have your client select their preferred option and let us know if they’d like to refine the visual style at all.
Once the concept art is exactly to their liking, we’ll create all of the illustrations for their video using the approved concept art as a visual reference for the rest of your video’s illustrations.
We’ll send all of the illustrations over to you to review with your client so they can request revisions before we animate.
VoiceOver
Our team will audition several voiceover artists for your client’s video and send you the recordings to review with your client. Once they’ve selected their favorite option, we will oversee the recording of the full voiceover to ensure it uses the proper pacing, tone and pronunciation. Your client will get an opportunity to review the full recording and request revisions before we use it in their video.
Sound Design
We’ll also select several soundtrack options that we feel will enhance the presentation of key moments in your client’s video. After they select their preferred option, we’ll purchase the soundtrack license for them to use in their animated video.
Animation
Now that everything is approved, we can animate! A simple 2D animated video takes about a week to animate. When it’s ready, we’ll send it to you to review with your client. Collect their feedback and send it to us so that we can incorporate their revisions and render out the final draft.
What about revisions?
